If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will be charged automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account page on desktop or in the app. All sales are final, and renewals are non-refundable.

You can explore, take classes, and follow a plan just like a full member. If you decide LOTC isn’t the right fit for you, simply cancel before your trial ends and you won’t be charged.

Many LOTC workouts use light dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, or a barre ball — but we also offer a full No Equipment section.
You can absolutely start with just your body weight and build from there.

Everyone is different. A ton of our members have seen positive physical results in the first 6 weeks and positive mental results in the first week! Don’t get discouraged if things aren’t happening right away, we’re all on a different journey. Remember, consistency is key.

Yes! You can schedule a video by clicking on it and tapping the calendar icon–found below the video on the right-hand side of the screen and also in the top right corner of the Library tab. Pick your preferred day and time, then save it.
If you have push notifications on, which can be turned on under your Accounts tab, you’ll get a notification when it’s time to start your scheduled class. -
Yes! When you click on a video you like, just tap the heart icon. It will be added to your Favorites collection, which you can find right on your home page.

Yes! LOTC workouts can be modified to meet your needs, but it’s important to prioritize safety first. We always recommend consulting your doctor or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine during pregnancy or while recovering from an injury. Once you have the go-ahead, you can modify exercises, reduce intensity, or follow low-impact options to stay active safely.
