Many LOTC workouts use light dumbbells, resistance bands, ankle weights, or a barre ball — but we also offer a full No Equipment section.
You can absolutely start with just your body weight and build from there.

Everyone is different. A ton of our members have seen positive physical results with consistency and moving with our methods in the first 6 weeks! Don’t get discouraged if things aren’t happening right away, we’re all on a different journey. Remember, consistency is key.

Here’s a quick breakdown of our four signature classes:
PACE: combines full-body strength and Pilates principles in a thoughtfully sequenced flow that builds intensity without chaos—prioritizing control, intention, and strength that endures. Expect ankle weights, light/medium dumbbells, resistance bands a yoga block and intervals that build strength, stamina and endurance. It is intense, intention and designed to help you feel stronger.
POWER: is a dynamic barre-inspired method using high reps and low weights to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge muscular endurance — delivering a deep satisfying burn without high impact. Expect light weights, resistance band, barre ball, yoga block and a chair to strengthen your body from the inside out.
BUILD: is a functional strength training-focused method designed to increase muscle, power, and confidence using heavier weights and interval-style training, at home or in the gym. Expected medium/heavy dumbbells and resistance bands, and intervals to help you build strength.
SWEAT: is a high-energy, feel-good cardio workout designed to elevate your heart rate, and increase endurance — in 30 minutes or less. Expect high-energy intervals that build strength, stamina and endurance. These quick & intense workouts are designed to boost your mood and energize you.
Each format works together to create balance, definition, and long-term results — and can be combined in Weekly Stacks or taken individually depending on your goals.
